Elliot Burton is an influencer and a fitness coach whose main aim is to help others feel better and healthy through different custom fitness, nutrition and lifestyle advice program. Indeed, during his university studies, he realized that it was really tough for students to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

He then decided to launch the Health&Fitness app Elliotbfit. There, Elliot provides regular nutrition clue, workout routines and lifestyle advice.  As a Gymshark ambassador, he also shares a lot of daily fitness programs on his social media pages, including Instagram.
